Produced from 100% Pinot Noir this wine displays a translucent salmon pink colour with watery lightly tinged salmon pink hue. The nose shows good intensity with ripe raspberries and strawberries followed by some plum juice and a touch of Turkish delight. The palate delivers mouthfilling flavours of ripe strawberry, cherry and raspberry with some spice on the back palate. Clean dry finish. Excellent textural qualities – almost creamy like mouthfeel. Long aftertaste of ripe dark cherry, strawberry, raspberry and spice.
