2011 Wirra Wirra Catapult Shiraz

Including a splash of Viognier this wine displays a totally opaque black purple colour with deep dark purple hue. The nose displays ripe blackberry and liquorice aromas followed by some plum, subtle vanillin cedar and spice. Velvety textured the palate possesses mouthfilling flavours of liquorice and blackberry followed by some toasty vanillin cedar and spice. Rounded and very fine grained tannins with aftertaste of ripe blackberry, liquorice, subtle toasty cedar and spice.
