2011 Willow Bridge Estate GI-10 Chardonnay

Matured on lees for 10 months in French oak barrels. Brilliant pale straw colour with very distinctive greenish tinged edges and watery hue. Lifted white peach, cashew and subtle toasty oak aromas emerge from the glass followed by some flinty spice like end notes. Possessing a creamy mouthfeel and medium weight the palate has flavours of cashew, citrus, toasty oak and spice. Clean dry finish with medium to long cashew, toasty oak and spice aftertaste.

Drink over the next 2-3 years.
