2011 Vinrock Grenache Shiraz Mataro

Opaque deep dark red black colour showing good depth with dark red purple hue. The nose exhibits scents of black raspberry, liquorice, confectionary and spice. Light to medium weight but with good generosity the palate has flavours of dark raspberry, spicy earth and a touch of liquorice with the spicy characters persisting right through to the dryish finish. Very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark raspberry, liquorice and earth. A spicy blend.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
