2011 Trout Valley Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with light crimson red hue. The nose presents aromas of dark ripe cherry and sweet strawberry followed by a touch of anise and some spice. Light in body weight with generous fruity flavours of ripe dark cherry, plum, subtle cedar and spice. Good power. Soft fine grained tannins with medium to long aftertaste of ripe dark cherry, strawberry, plum and spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
