2011 Torbreck Philippou Grenache

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with light dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe raspberry and plum juice followed by some confectionary and a hint of spice. Soft fleshy mouthfeel with opulent flavours of black raspberry, black plum, a touch of liquorice and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. There’s a touch of heat present on the finish. Good depth with long black raspberry, dark plum and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
