2011 Te Mata Elston Chardonnay

Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose displays lifted aromatics of ripe peach along with some apricot, honeycomb and spicy oak. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses flavours of ripe peach, apricot and dried honey with some spiciness on the back palate. Clean dry finish with good mouthfeel. Aftertaste of peach, apricot, dried honey and spice.
