2011 Stonier Chardonnay

Since 1978, the cool maritime climate of the Peninsula has helped Stonier's produce a succession of full flavoured Chardonnays typically in the stone fruit flavour spectrum with well poised mineral acid backbones.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge and watery hue. The nose exhibits aromas of white peach, cashew, some light toasty oak and a hint of nougat. Medium bodied with a soft creamy texture the palate delivers flavours of cashew, white peach, nougat and spicy oak. Clean dry finish with medium to long cashew, nougat and spicy oak aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
