2011 Seppelt Drumborg Vineyard Riesling

A classic Drumborg Riesling.
Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with watery hue. The nose displays an intense aromatic profile of lemon and lime followed by a touch of orange rind and talc with some mineral end notes. The palate is reflective of the nose delivering concentrated lemon flavours followed by some lime and light orange rind with a dry steely mineral infused finish. The clean crisp tight steely acid structure bodes well for extended cellaring. Long lemon, lime and steely mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 5-8 years (2011-2019).
