2011 Ryder Watervale Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted lime and citrus aromas followed by some orange rind. The palate delivers mouth watering flavours of lime and citrus followed by some mineral characters on the back palate. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of lime, citrus and mineral.
Drink now (2012).
