2011 Poonawatta Estate The Eden Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinge and watery hue. The nose displays lemon and lime top notes followed by some steely mineral characters. The palate possesses a steely structure with flavours of lemon and citrus dominate followed by some lime and a dry steely mineral infused finish. Clean crisp acidity. Long aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
Cellar 5-6 years (2016-2017).
