Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays fresh lime top notes followed by some grapefruit, citrus and a faint hint of mandarin. Crisp cleansing acidity with palate flavours of fresh limes, citrus, mandarin and mineral with a medium dry finish. Aftertaste of lime, mandarin and mineral.
