2011 Pikes Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Lemon and lime top notes are followed by a touch of orange rind with some steely mineral end notes. Excellent palate concentration and acid backbone with flavours of lemon and lime dominate followed by a crisp dry steely mineral finish. Long lemon, lime and mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years (2011-2017).
