2011 Pewsey Vale The Contours Riesling

Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of citrus and lime are intermixed with oily toast like characters and subtle kerosene infusions. The palate has flavours of lemon and lime overlaid by oily toast characters, a hint of dried honey, kerosene and spice. Clean dry finish with excellent acidity providing the framework. Aftertaste of oily toast, lemon, kerosene and spice.
