2011 Penfolds Thomas Hyland Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a hint of green around the edges and watery hue. The nose exhibits aromas of cashew intermixed with some white peach followed by some biscuity spicy oak. Light weight the palate has an elegant flavour profile of cashew, delicate white peach, some citrus and spicy oak on the back palate. Clean dry finish with moderately creamy texture. Aftertaste of cashew and spicy oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
