2011 Pencarrow Pinot Noir

Good depth with deep dark crimson red colour and crimson red hue. The nose exhibits aromas of dark plum, black cherry and toast along with a hint of spicy anise. Medium weight the palate displays generous dark cherry and plum flavours followed by some toasty anise characters and a spicy back palate. Soft very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherry, plum, toasty anise and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
