2011 Mud House Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with crimson red hue. The nose shows good perfumed lift with scents of ripe dark cherries intermixed with some dark plum and ripe strawberry followed by some toasty cedar and spice. The palate is bursting with ripe dark cherry and dark strawberry fruit overlayed with some toasty cedar and a spicy back palate. Velvet smooth tannins. Good depth and power wave with long ripe dark cherry, ripe strawberry, toasty oak and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
