2011 Mount Trio Shiraz

Opaque black dark crimson red colour with dark red hue. On the nose aromas of dark cherry, liquorice, some toasty oak and blackpepper. Medium weight the palate has flavours of dark cherry, some meaty characters, toasty oak and pepper. Dryish finish with soft fine grained tannins. Moderate aftertaste of dark cherry, liquorice, dried meats and pepper.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
