2011 Mount Trio Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with light crimson red hue. On the nose ripe dark cherry and dark plum notes are followed by some toasty cedar and spice. Fruity and simplistic the palate delivers flavours of ripe dark cherries and plum overlaid with some spicy toasted cedar. Velvet smooth mouthfeel and tannins. Modest aftertaste of dark cherries, toasted cedar and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
