Translucent salmon pink colour with watery salmon pink tinged hue. The nose displays scents of raspberry, strawberry and spice. The palate possesses excellent flavour intensity with raspberry and strawberry dominate followed by some plum juice with a very spicy dry finish. Good textural mouthfeel with medium to long aftertaste of spicy raspberry and strawberry.
