2011 Louis Jadot Chablis

Brilliant straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. Delicate notes of pear, subtle toasty oak, citrus and mineral. The palate displays crisp pear and citrus flavours followed by some biscuity oak and flinty mineral. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of pear, citrus and flinty mineral.
Cellar 3-4 years.
