2011 Les Terrasses de Gabrielle 12 de la Noche en la Habana

Produced from a blend of 70% Roussane and 30% Grenache Blanc. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose exhibits good aromatic lift with top notes of honeysuckle followed by some dried apricot, a hint of quince and spice. The palate has good viscous textural qualities with flavours of honeysuckle and dried apricot finishing with a spicy back palate. Dry soft acid finish with aftertaste of honeysuckle, dried apricot and spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
