2011 Le Cas Mas Conscience

Made from Carignan with 12 months maturation in concrete tank. Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of black cherries and black olives are overlaid by scorched earth and leather characters with some blackpepper end notes. Medium bodied with a dry chewy textural feel the palate has flavours of black cherries infused with black olives, scorched earth, leather and spice. Very dry finish with chalky tannins and a modest aftertaste of black cherries infused with black olives, scorched earth and spicy leather.
Cellar 3-4 years.
