2011 La Tour Travers Bordeaux Blanc

A blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Semillon and 15% Muscadelle. Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. Citrus and gooseberry top notes are followed by some green apple and mineral. Light and dry with subtle flavours of citrus, green apple and mineral. Clean crisp, very dry finish with aftertaste of citrus, green apple and some subtle dried nuts.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
