2011 Jim Barry The Lodge Hill Dry Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays good aromatic lift with floral, lime and lemon top notes followed by some orange rind and talc. Mouthfilling palate with zesty lime and citrus flavours dominate followed by some orange rind and a clean crisp minerally finish. Long aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
Drink now whilst fresh and vibrant or cellar 4-5 years for tertiary complexity (2011-2016).
