2011 Jim Barry The Cover Drive Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. On the nose blackcurrant and mint aromas are to the fore followed by some cedar and light bay leaf. Medium bodied the palate delivers soft generous flavours of blackcurrant, bay leaf, cedar, light tobacco and spice. Very fine grained softly textured tannins with aftertaste of blackcurrant, bay leaf, tobacco and spicy cedar. A very savoury Cabernet.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
