2011 Jim Barry Silly Mid On Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Aromas of citrus and green apple are followed by some light grassy characters and mineral end notes. Palate flavours of lime, green apple and citrus along with a touch of mineral. Dry with clean crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of green apple, lime and mineral.
