2011 Grosset Springvale Watervale Riesling

Brilliant watery colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted citrus top notes followed by lime, orange rind and a touch of talc with a minerally end note. The palate possesses a crisp crunchy acid structure with flavours of lime, citrus and flinty mineral. Clean crisp finish with long lime, citrus and mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 5-8 years (2011-2019).
