2011 Grosset Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with faint greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose displays good intensity with lime and green apple top notes followed by some gooseberry and citrus. The intensity of the nose is reflected on the palate with mouth watering flavours of lime, gooseberry and citrus along with some mineral characters. Clean crisp racy finish with long aftertaste of citrus, gooseberry and mineral.
Drink over the next two years (2011-2013).
