2011 Edwards Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose displays top notes of cashew and spicy toasted oak followed by some delicate white peach and a hint of biscuity almond. Quite elegant on the palate with white peach, citrus and cashew flavours evident followed some spicy toasted oak on the back palate. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of cashew, delicate white peach and spicy oak.
Cellar 3-4 years.
