2011 DRB Montee de Tonnerre Chablis 1er Cru

Brilliant pale straw colour with the faintest tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. Aromas of pear, straw and cashew are followed y some stony mineral notes. Quite dry the palate possesses stony mineral like characters over pear, cashew and citrus flavours. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of stony mineral, pear and cashew.

Drink over the next 3-4 years.
