2011 Domaine Le Bout du Monde Hop La

A blend of 40% Syrah, 40% Carignan and 20% Grenache. Deep dark purple red colour with dark purple hue. Very youthful, yet quite perfumed scents of crushed raspberries, blackberries and dark cherries are followed by some incense and spice. Fruity with lively acidity the palate has flavours of freshly crushed dark raspberries, earth, inky liquorice and spice. Dry finish with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of inky dark raspberries, earth and spice. Alc 14%
