2011 Domaine des Aubuisieres Cuvee de Silex Vouvray

Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. On the nose ripe pear and Jonathan apple scents are to the fore followed by some musk, a hint of honeycomb and spice. The palate possesses flavours of ripe pear and ripe apple followed by some honeysuckle and a touch of spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of pear, ripe apple and honeysuckle.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
