2011 Devil's Lair The Hidden Cave Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant water like colour with distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. On the nose herbaceous grassy top notes are followed by some citrus, asparagus and spice. The palate has herbaceous grassy flavours followed by some citrus and spice. Clean dry finish with herbaceous grassy citrus and spice aftertaste. The acidity is beginning to broaden out so drink now.
