2011 Curly Flat Pinot Noir

Quite light in colour displaying a semi translucent dark crimson red core with a very light dark red tinged hue. Nosing offers up scents of dark cherries intermixed with some meatiness followed by some toasty characters and spice end notes. Light in weight this is a very elegantly styled Curly Flat with flavours of dark cherries intermixed with a touch of sour cherry followed by some cedar, dried meat like characters and spice. Very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, some meatiness, cedar and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
