2011 Curly Flat Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with a very pale straw water like hue. On the nose toasty biscuit and delicate white peach scents are followed by some dried nut, citrus and spice notes. Medium weight the palate has very good complexity and is quite Burgundy like in nature with a refined flavour profile of cashew, toast, biscuit and almonds followed by some citrus and spice on the back palate. Excellent acid balance. Clean dry finish with long citrus, biscuit, dried nut and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
