2011 Credaro Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant water like colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays good intensity with a combination of passionfruit and herbaceous grassy characters as top notes followed by some gooseberry and citrus. Mouth watering palate flavours of passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberry and citrus. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberry and passionfruit.
Drink now (2012).
