Semi translucent dark red colour with dark crimson red hue. On the nose aromas of dark cherry and plum emanate from the glass followed by a touch of earth and some spice. Lighter bodied but quite joosy the palate delivers flavours or ripe dark cherries and dark raspberry followed by some earthy cedar like characters and spice. Dry finish with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherry, earth and spice.
