2011 Chrismont Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with light greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted lime aromas followed by some orange rind and citrus with a faint touch of mineral as an end note. The palate delivers a flavour profile of lime, green apple and citrus along with some mineral overtones. Clean crisp acid finish with long lime, citrus and mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 4-5 years (2012-2017).
