Semi translucent dark red colour with light brick red hue. The nose displays ripe dark raspberry top notes followed by a touch of liquorice, some leather and spice. Light to medium weight the palate is quite fruity with flavours of dark raspberries and dark cherries followed by a touch of liquorice and leather with a very spicy dry finish. Soft fine grained tannins with aftertaste of ripe dark raspberry, liquorice and spice.
