2011 Cape Mentelle Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour with greenish straw edges and watery hue. The nose displays cashew top notes interwoven with some delicate white peach, light toast, biscuit and spice. Elegant in structure the palate delivers refined flavours of delicate white peach, pear, cashew, light toast and spice. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of cashew, delicate white peach, some biscuity nuttiness and spice.
