2011 Browns of Padthaway T-Trellis Shiraz

Matured in a combination of American and French oak. Deep dark red colour with dark red verging on brick red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries, some liquorice, toasty vanillin oak and spice. Soft, uncomplex and some what diluted the palate has flavours of sweet dark cherries, liquorice and spicy toasted oak. Soft velvety tannins combine with low acidity to give a rounded supple mouthfeel. Aftertaste of sweet dark cherries, liquorice and toasty oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
