2011 Beach Head by Credaro Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant water like colour with very pale straw edges and watery hue. The nose displays some herbaceous grassy top notes followed by some gooseberry and underlying unripe passionfruit characters. The palate delivers a vibrant flavour profile of unripe passionfruit, some grassy herbaceous characters and citrus with a crisp refreshing finish. Aftertaste of unripe passionfruit, some grassy characters and citrus.
