2011 Barossa Gold Marananga Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre

Very deep dark red colour with deep dark brick red hue. The nose has good lift with aromas of black raspberry, liquorice and dark plum with a light toasty overlay and some subtle spice end notes. Medium to full bodied the palate is very generous and possesses good richness with flavours of spicy dark raspberry, dark plum and liquorice followed by some toast and a touch of earth. Very fine grained soft tannins. Good depth with long dark raspberry, dark plum, toast and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years.
