2011 Ad Hoc Middle of Everywhere Shiraz

Opaque black purple colour with deep dark purple hue. The nose displays aromas of blackpepper, liquorice, plum and spice. The palate is quite inky and tight at present with flavours of black cherry, liquorice, blackpepper and spice. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of blackpepper, black cherry, liquorice and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
