Reportedly less sherried but better balanced than previous releases of Glenrothes from W&M, this offers more of the candied orange from the spirit and less of the winey flavours from the cask, getting back to the buttery type Glenrothes we know and love.

Notes from the bottler... At the first nose it's nutty, peppery, fruity but with restraint. It's dry and spicy style becomes immediately evident at the first sip: clean, chiselled, not fat or overripe with oak. Fresh and candied oranges, a touch of beeswax, and finally a note of flour and cereals the almost becomes biscuity. The aftertaste is very spicy and stimulating. 46% Alc./Vol.
