2010 Vasse Felix Chardonnay

Displaying a bright pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue the wine was fermented with wild yeasts and matured in French oak for 9 months. The nose displays white peach top notes followed by some ripe melon, light cashew and a touch of toast. Medium bodied the palate boasts slightly more weight and richness than recent vintages. Mouthfilling flavours of white peach, melon, cashew and spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of white peach, cashew and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
