2010 Twofold Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge and watery hue. The nose reveals lime and citrus top notes with some toasty characters just beginning to emerge and mineral end notes. The palate possesses good acid structure with flavours of citrus, lime and mineral followed by a light toast overlay. Clean crisp flinty mineral finish with aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
Cellar 5-6 years.
