2010 Torea Oystercatcher Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with dark crimson mauve hue. The nose displays aromas of dark cherry and plum followed by some subtle anise and a spice end note. Light to medium weight the palate delivers a supple soft velvety mouthfeel with flavours of dark cherry, plum, anise and spicy cedar. Soft velvet smooth tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of dark ripe plum, anise and spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2012-2015).
