2010 Toolangi Estate Pinot Noir

This Pinot which displays a semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue was aged in French oak barriques for 10 months. The nose opens up with dark cherry aromas followed by a touch of anise, meaty cedar and spice. Finely structured the palate has flavours of ripe dark cherries followed by a touch of dark plum and anise with some meaty cedar and spice on the back palate. Slightly dryish tannins provide the structure with a dark cherry, dark plum, meaty cedar and spice aftertaste.
